You know before I even seen the comment above/from the client, I was thinking only a celebrity would have you dying a blonde wig jet black instead of being cheap and purchasing new hair that could have easily been colored without all that work. And this is why I never like doing “celebrities” I’ll stick to my everyday woman who appreciates my work. Maybe you could have been more prepared I’m not sure but what I do know it that you might have gotten that call late in the day, had to hurry up, grab what you could to met the clients and try to use all the black color in the world maybe even some red to get this wig to where she wanted instead of just telling let’s see who will open up their hair store and purchase more hair so we can use less product.
